Mr.
Khan started his career in Surgery in
1986 and has worked in Plastic Surgery
since 1994. He is an NHS Consultant
in Hand and Plastic Surgery and appears
on the specialist register of the General
Medical Council. He also holds the specialist
FRCS (plastic surgery) qualification.
During his training Mr Khan has done
Fellowships in Aesthetic, Microsurgery
and Hand surgery. His special clinical
interests are Hand Surgery, Plastic
and Reconstructive surgery, Cosmetic
Surgery including Facial surgery, Breast
surgery, Liposuction, ear surgery ,
abdominoplasty ( tummy tuck) and skin
cancer.
Mr Khan has published numerous papers
in peer reviewed international journals
and has presented papers at national
and international meetings.
Mr. Khan is a member of British Association
of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons
(BAPRAS), the British Society of Surgery
of Hands, British Medical Association
and Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
