You will be given time to consider the information before you are booked for cosmetic surgery, gynaecological treatments or non-surgical cosmetic treatment. This cooling off period is always provided by Sthetix clinic when it comes to cosmetic surgery. We will not ask you to sign a contract, nor will we take a non-refundable deposit from you. Should you change your mind before the date of your surgery, we will refund our fees without any hesitation.

We do not believe in short cuts, we do not offer cut price surgery and treatments. While our charges are highly competitive, we do not compromise on quality and will only use top quality implants, properly equipped and accredited surgical facilities and fully qualified Surgeons who are in the GMC specialist register.

We do not believe sales people can provide the necessary advice to clients seeking surgery, Laser treatments and Non-surgical treatments. You will not see a patient coordinator or “sales person” in our clinic. We therefore only provide direct consultations with Consultant surgeons.  There is no substitute for a one to one consultation direct with the surgeon who will carry out your treatment.  Frank and detailed discussion will take place at the consultation. In most cases, we insist on our clients having two separate consultations when major surgical procedures are being considered.

We understand the importance of choosing an experienced consultant surgeon for your treatment. We provide full details of our surgeons to our clients (we have nothing to hide!). All Plastic surgeons and Gynaecologists working at Sthetix live locally and work in the north west of England and specifically Liverpool and Merseyside area. All surgeons work for or have worked for the NHS as consultants in north west UK.
We believe in providing clear advice with a friendly approach as we feel this is the best way for you to gain a clear insight into the procedure allowing you to make an informed decision about your surgery.

Good aftercare is an integral part of our philosophy of care for our patients. You will be followed up after your surgery by our team for as long as is necessary. Once you are healed and discharged from the clinic, should you need to talk to your surgeon (for any reason related to your surgery,) you will be welcomed back to our clinic.

Depending on the treatment you choose, your procedure will be performed at one of our own CQC registered clinics or one of our CQC registered hospitals. All of our Surgical and Gynaecological procedures and most non-surgical treatments including Laser treatments are carried out by UK qualified GMC registered Consultant Plastic Surgeons or Gynaecologists along with accredited NHS Consultant Anaesthetists who also practices within a variety of NHS Hospitals.

Our Consultant Plastic Surgeons are members of British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), The British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and all have a variety of professional qualifications.
